To resolve the issue of the Horizontal Filters being open by default in the X-Store theme

Hi Sir/Mam ,

When open the product catogiery page filter option alway opening we don’t want to show need to close.

To resolve the issue of the Horizontal Filters being open by default in the X-Store theme please how to close ? when people click then only open the filter options..

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello, Anand,

We appreciate your prompt response.

Go to Archive Products Builder with Elementor > add “Horizontal Filters Toggle” element to the page content, then go to Theme Options > Woocommerce > Shop > Shop page filters > Opened state > Off.

No please check when going single seater if you click more filter there not showing attribut color and size tec..

Hello, anand,

We have noticed that the issue occurs only when using the child theme. When switching to the parent theme, the problem is no longer present. Please find additional details in the attached video.

This may be due to the large number of overridden files in the child theme. We kindly request you to review these files and update them accordingly.
