The page doesn’t cache, my website slows down and when I deactivate xstore and active storefront theme, my website became very fast. And the litespeed cache work great. at first, I thought it was my hosting provider but they told me everything looked good in their hand they said try to deactivate the theme or plugin to see where the problem come from, and i deactivate xstore theme my wesite was very fast like never before. I will leave my WordPress login to check it out. to see what you guys can do for me because my hosting provider suggested me to use the litespeed cache plugin and i like it too. I thing xstore should work with it like any other themes.

Hello, Rodlens,
Thank you for the response.
As we can see, the XStore theme is activated on your site and LiteSpeed cache plugin too.
From settings, cache is disabled for Cache Logged-in Users https://prnt.sc/8AwBmtsXCdEO
Please describe in more detail what exactly problem you face and how we can see it on your site.
We’ve checked your site speed on https://gtmetrix.com/ , and it shows the next – https://prnt.sc/2_oIsQCurLPc , you need to contact your hosting provider to “Reduce initial server response time”.
We hope this information is helpful.

The page doesn’t cache, not for logging user. When I deactivate xstore and active storefront theme, my website became very fast. And the litespeed cache works great. It seems the xstore theme incompatible with litespeed cache because when I deactivate the litespeed cache plugin I became fast too, it is like some code in the xstore theme needs to change.
Hello, Rodlens,
Thank you for the response.
Some of our customers use the LiteSpeed cache plugin, but in our documentation, we recommend other cache plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
Unfortunately, not all settings of the Litespeed plugin are compatible with our theme, and you need to spend some time configuring it, or it will be fastest to change the cache plugin.
The LiteSpeed plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme, so we do not plan to edit theme files, because they are already optimized and work fine with other plugins.
We really want to help you, but in this case, there is no quick way to solve it, editing theme files may cause problems for current theme functionality and compatibilities – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/third-party-plugins/ Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
We hope for your understanding and are sorry for the inconvenience.
Maybe support of the Litespeed plugin will be able to assist you, in another case change the cache plugin to one of recommended in our documentation.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
Kind Regards,
