Top bar needs to be updated but it doesn’t give me the option to change it.

Hello. In customize theme appearance, I get a message that I need to update the top bar and header to the Elementor builder, but when I click and go to the builder, it doesn’t allow me to make the change. I want to maintain the same aesthetic, not alter anything in the top bar and header. Can you help me, please.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

The primary cause of the problem is that the header on your site was constructed using an old builder, and it has not been imported using the Elementor plugin. Please note that Elementor can only import files that have been originally created with the Elementor plugin itself.

Hello.
I understand that it was developed with an old XStore plugin, but I need the new one created with Elementor to be exactly the same as the current one, with the same functions and aesthetics.

Can you create a .json file for me with the same current design?

Since I made the site when that message did not appear and creating it from scratch will take me more time than I have already been developing the site, and I want it to maintain the same aesthetics.

Please check the header on your “my-account” page on desktop and mobile and change it according to your needs, then set this new header for all pages on the site.

Hello!
In the Elementor header editor I see that they created a header similar to the one I currently have, but several of the features and aesthetics I worked on were lost.

1. Menu order changed. First come the categories and then the menu.

2. The categories are not displayed by clicking on any of them, now you have to click right on the arrow.

3. Several categories disappeared.

4. Social media buttons disappeared from the menu window.

5. When you open the cart, 2 payment buttons appear.

6. When clicking on the cart in the mobile panel, the off-canvas cart is not displayed.

7. When you click or add a product, the header counter and the product counter on the mobile panel are not updated together.

Please, I need help getting those functions back.

3/ Do you want to show empty categories in the Mobile menu too? Curently they are hidden.
