I have updated to XStore v.9.1.7 and the top cart basket icon is not working.
On further investigation of behaviour of the elementor cart pop-up, products only appear in the the basket when you’re NOT logged-in. Once Logged-in the products in the pop-up do not display in the pop-up.

When you noticed the problem? Did it happen after an update of the theme, Elementor, Elementor Pro, or something else?
Sorry about the borders on the single product page, it is fixed now.

I did notice the change after the last update I performed which was both an xstore theme update and elementor / pro

We added the next code in your child theme:
add_action('wp_head', function() {
wp_enqueue_script( 'wc-cart-fragments' );
});
Please clear cache and check how it works now.
