I know already to synchronise Loco Translate, thanks.
The problem is that the words don’t exist in xtore core plugin or xstore theme.
Where are those words ?

in my french language those words are nowhere

Yes, it is because your translation for the theme is not synchronized. On our site and on sites of other our customers those words can be found independently of the language, it means translation works for French too.
“I know already to synchronise Loco Translate, thanks.” – didn’t you get this problem https://prnt.sc/lUe18w8eLj9X ? As we can see, it is not solved yet.
Please provide FTP access, we will try to re-create .pot file for you.

We’ve re-created .pot file for the theme. Sync should be done now, but we can’t do it because of the mentioned error https://prnt.sc/PZUuxLGtHYRw . Please synchronize the translation by yourself. Or you need to find a way to fix the Sync problem. Please note that this problem is independent of our theme.
