Hello
How do I translate the buy now button (https://prnt.sc/vjndh8)
I translated it in Loco (https://prnt.sc/vjnjtm) cleared cache to no effect, nothing changed.

I have already done that, I have sync the files and translated the text that needed translating, but nothing changes.

Have you checked translation of Core plugin?
Submit a new topic – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ , provide URL and temporary wp-admin access via Private Content area.
