Translate custom link in the Mobile Panel

Hello, I can’t figure out how to translate Mobile Panel (Custom Link).
I’m using WPML but I can’t find it anywhere

Hello,

Unfortunately, the mobile panel has some glitches with the translation. It requires custom code. So, please, provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access and provide translations you want to apply. We’ll help you.

1) What about FTP?
2) So, are all the other links correct for the IT version? Do you want to change the 4th one only?

Hello,
yes, the other links are correct (woocommerce pages).
I would like to change only the 4th one and be able in the future to manage it or other links (with custom CSS / HTML)
