1) Go to Pages > edit English translation of the page and change the page content https://gyazo.com/db68348a5983c227a2a63885318e289a

2) Use string translation to translate tabs title to PT http://prntscr.com/qbi1jk instead of the custom code in the child theme functions.php http://prntscr.com/qbi27s
