Translate -the .po files is updated but translations do not show

Hi, updated the .po file and since the first try didn’t work, I tried 3 different ways. None reflect on the website:

-language set to Swedish in preferences
-wp-content>languages>themes>woopress-sv_SE.mo and woopress-sv_SE.po
-wp-content>themes>woopress>languages>default.mo and default.po WITH translations in them

*used Loco translations plugin and PO edit when that didn’t work

Can’t find $locale and change that, but have WPLANG set to ‘sv_SE’
