Translate the theme please i can not hello

I hace Been trying to Translate the theme following all the instruccion and it has been impossible es_MX.po

Thanks for using XStore.

You need to translate the parent theme. The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in child theme that includes localization functions. To prevent the translation loss after updates, make sure you placed translation files of the theme into the /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder with correct names (language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-es_MX.po, xstore-es_MX.mo).

Provide wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your setting.

Hello where do i found the Translate file. In the Translation filé the are another file that can not be open with poedit

Read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ We would recommend you use the Loco Translate plugin.

Go to this page https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/xstore/es-mx/default/ and click on Export, rename the file to xstore-es_MX.po, upload it into /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder , then you need to synchronize translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

We added a video in documentation, Loco translate plugin can be simply installed and it simplest way to translate the theme and XStore Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Once you provide temporary wp-admin access, we will be able to check the situation with translation on your site more deeply and assist you.

To display the products of a specific category, you can edit the page with Elementor, edit the product element, select the query source as the current query, and include by term.

In the term field, you can choose the category you want to display the products from.

I Need not to display that in some products. Is it posible?

If yes : how?

If not: how Can i disable from the entire site. Pr maybe just Mobile mode . What do you recommend? Thanks

1/ We would recommend you edit the page using Elementor > click on Settings on the section with the slider > disable “Extender la sección” https://prnt.sc/T0-YcoNDMvLl > Save changes and check the result.

2/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product page > Single product layout > Sticky Add To Cart Bar > Off.
Or you can disable the Buttom and mentioned form by adding the next code in Theme options > Theme custom CSS > Mobile:

}
