Hi,
Unfortunately, we could not translate some parts of the theme into Turkish. It happened before when you uploaded Turkish files. After that, we rebuilt the site completely due to the Facebook Pixel error. That’s why the files you uploaded were also deleted. Could you please upload Turkish files for Loco Translate again?
Thanks
Hello,
Check now. Please note that you need to translate XStore parent theme, not the child theme.
Regards
sorry, but nothing changed. Did you upload the translation files for Turkish?
It happened before when you uploaded files like this. previous answer: “I have added translation files. Please go to Loco Translate and continue translation of the theme and Core plugin. You do not need to translate all strings, just texts that are visible on the frontend.
Regards”
Check one more time – https://prnt.sc/22akhyt https://prnt.sc/22akjjh https://prnt.sc/22akkq1

Although we changed it from Loco translate, many places on the site are still in English.
Hello,
Provide screenshots of the untranslated strings and we’ll guide you where you need to translate them.
Besides, you need to contact your hosting provider to install “mbstring” PHP extension https://prnt.sc/22aw2kt
Regards
Yes, it is correct, you need to translate untranslated strings manually – find string via Loco and add translation

Hi,
I contacted my hosting provider to “mbstring” PHP extension and solved this issue. But still the same places have not been translated to Turkish.
Hello,
Because you set the sie language – English https://prnt.sc/22g1l4v
I changed it to Turkish. Check now and finish the translation of the missing strings using Loco translate and theme and core plugin files.
Regards
We did it in English because we had a Turkish problem in the facebook pixel code. In this way all was resolved. Thank you very much for your interest
