Translated files ok but still seing English text

    hi, I followed the forum topic https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
    but still having lot of English text.
    I do have my site defined into French languages,. I activated -loco translate and I have all the po and mo files into wp-content/languages/…
    but sill have English text, for example, empty results, empty categories and all the content of [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.

    please help best

    Hi, yes, here are the access details.
    also, the admin and site are very slow. since I started to work on the site with elementor
    I did work to speed up elementor as I saw on the support forum but still, I is slow.
    if you can take time to check
    /(yes I do work without cache for now but it should not be either so slow)
