You can translate it in your pt_BR.po file in wp-content/themes/royal/languages directory:

I translated the text but did not change it on the product page.
I had to translate directly into the server file and send it back because when I tried to send a .po file that I had backed up and modified on my computer, when I sent it back to the server, the information was not changed.
Even when I deleted the files and uploaded the server again.
Could you tell me why this happened?

Is this the original file you are talking about, the file that has no translation in my language, in English only?
Because this original theme file did not have this part of “Review”. It was only created after a customer made a statement. That is why it was not translated, since previously almost all the phrases of the site were already translated.
