Hello,

Where can I find the string “Order notes” https://prnt.sc/q2d3s3 for translation?
Can’t find it in the theme or core plugin.

Could you please advise where I can find “Related Products” located below the product section in order to translate it https://prnt.sc/qwd6rn?
I am sure that it has been translated and displayed in Russian before, but now it is written in English again for some reason..
I tried to find it everywhere: XStore Core https://prnt.sc/qwd4tl , WooCommerce https://prnt.sc/qwd589 , XStore https://prnt.sc/qwd5lf and XStore Child https://prnt.sc/qwd5yo and it is already translated everywhere.

Hi,

1) Could you, please, update theme to version 6.2.9 + Core plugin to 2.1.3 (WP Dashboard > Updates > Check again button) this bug was fixed in the latest version?

2) After that Sync existing translation with updated pot file https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and check if Related products string of theme translation file is translated.

These actions should help you.

I had already updated the theme to version 6.2.9 + Core plugin to 2.1.3 https://prnt.sc/qwowyq at the time of writing that request and I also re-sync the translation, but the problem is still here https://prnt.sc/qwoxfm .

Hello,

Update theme translation files https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and XStore core translation files. After that check XStore Core translation and make sure that the mentioned strings are translated.

I followed to your instructions and it is OK now for the “Shopping Cart” string, but other strings were already translated an the issue still remains: https://prnt.sc/rv6g7w , https://prnt.sc/rv6giq , https://prnt.sc/ruxgxa

Please, help to find and translate it.

BTW I am absolutely sure that all those strings has been translated and displayed in Russian before, but now they are in English again.. And this has already happened before – see my posts above. Why is this happening?

Sometimes new strings are added and only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Not always, but some strings can be missing after the sync and you need to find and translate them one more time, this is independent of us and relates to WP functionality.

About this icon – http://prntscr.com/tksoqi , try to temporarily disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check then.

Hello,

It happened again. After updating the theme, the Russian translation disappeared again. Here https://prnt.sc/tygqys and there https://prnt.sc/tygriu and maybe somewhere else.

And I’ve synchronized translation files.
Please, help to find and translate it.

Do I have to check all the strings in the site and translate it again after each theme update? Please, modify it in order to avoid to translate these strings after each theme update.

As I’ve wrote above I am absolutely sure that all those strings has been translated and displayed in Russian before, but now they are in English again.
