Hi,
I used LocoTranslate and did everything like the tutorials, and still, it’s not working.
I’m trying to translate the theme into Hebrew.
What can I do?
Hello, Tair Domer,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
What exactly texts cannot be translated? Please provide examples with screenshots.
Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Here is just a sample from the cart page. There are more pages I need to translate elements in them, but when I change in loco translate, nothing happens.
Hello, Tair Domer,
We appreciate your prompt response.

Hi,
Yes, thank you. It’s now working, but just the text you changed, I have a lot more text to change on other pages.
Can you tell me how to change it? How did you do it?
I want to be able to do it by myself without submitting topics for help every time.
Thank you again!
Hello, Tair Domer,
You’re welcome!
The provided screenshots clearly show what we did.
You just need to go to Loco translate > Themes > XStore > edit translation > find untranslated strings and add translations, for example, https://prnt.sc/DC46LpOuQFgB
Go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin > find strings and add translation for them.
We trust that the information provided will be of significant assistance to you.

Hi,
Yes, I did exactly what you told me and showed me in the screenshots but somehow it’s not working when I do it.
Hello, Tair Domer,
Thank you for your response.
Let’s try one more time. Provide screenshots of strings that you can’t find in the mentioned way, so we can check the problem and help.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
It’s working now.
Thank you!
