I’ working with xstore child theme. Everything is ok except when i try the eshop on mobiles. When I try to change the default language (english to greek) doesn’t work.
When I activate the xstore instead of xstore child the translation is working but I’m loosing the theme settings I’ve setup on child theme.
I have to implement 3 more eshops. Please let’ me know if there is a solution because I cannot go on. I like your theme very much. I have already bought 6 licenses and I couldn’t imagine I will face such a problem.
Thank you. (I sent another private message a few hours ago).
Waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

    Hello,

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) Issue with the EL version of your site was related to your translation. You have translated option key instead of the Menu title. We removed broken translation. Check now.

    2) Parent theme does not inherit child theme options. So, once you switch from child to parent you get other settings. If you want to import child setting to parent you need to go to Theme Options > Import/Export > export child theme settings, then switch to parent theme and import settings.

    Regards
