    Hi,
    translation doesn’t work for these items https://screencast.com/t/esAmQUvssD on the product page.

    I’ve tried to edit the core plugin too, but it does not work.

    Try to sync/update translation files of the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

    I don’t understand how to update the translation via the poedit application.

    The syncronization doesn’t work, I’ve tried

    As I can see, you have updated the translation via Loco Translate, so just translate untranslated strings now – http://prntscr.com/pk2v4v
