Hello Dear Support,

There are some problems with translated language on Theme.
I translated to German language long time ago and sent these files to your Team.

For example: Size and Color not translate to German.

How can I solve this problem?

Hello,

Very likely you just need to synchronize translation files.
Before this make sure that you placed translation files into wp-content/languages/themes folder with correct name https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ (the same for royal theme).
Button Sync allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.
Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

I tried that but it does not work it.

There are no any new new strings or like that.

Hello,

I do not see theme transition files (checked via Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/gk3jhv and via FTP in wp-content/languages/themes folder).
Please check.

I’ve created correct translation files, so now you may translate theme http://prntscr.com/gk5c8c

Great. Please click Sync button http://prntscr.com/gk6rzg and translate new strings that will appear
as about Size and Color, you may simply edit your attributes http://prntscr.com/gk6svz

Only last question: Why must I translate Size and Color manuell? I thought these tranlate with Woocommerce, or?

You’re welcome!
Because you created Size and Color attributes manually, these are no default elements.
