Hey,
I’m trying to update a few strings and nothing is working. I’ve tried editing default.po in wp-content/themes/woopress/languages and also using the Loco Translation plugin as recommended by woo but still no luck.
I’m trying to change the text in the cart widget from “View Cart” to “View Cart / Checkout”
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi Jack,

Hello, saturn5media
Have you followed this step:
Next edit wp-config.php located in the root folder of WordPress and use the $locale with prefix with your language name which should be similar to the translation file name. For example: $locale='de_DE';

Hi, yes.
I added $locale=’en_GB’;
Please provide us with ftp and wp-admin credentials to let us check the issue.

Details in PM, THANKS!!!
Please add en_GB.po and .mo files into the wp-content/themes/woopress/languages directory. This files can be created with POEDIT . Save your translated in poedit files with different from default.po name(en_GB.po and en_GB.mo).
