TRANSLATION NOT WORKING FOR ACCOUNT ELEMENT IN MENU

Hello there,

I have added the translations for the LOG IN/ SIGN UP text for the account element in the header using WPML.
Please find the steps performed as follows.
1. Navigate to WPML > String Translations .
2. Add translations for LOG IN/ SIGN UP text
( Domain:admin_texts_theme_mods_xstore , Name: [theme_mods_xstore]account_text)
3. Add Translations for the required languages.

Expected : The LOG IN/ SIGN UP text should display the translations added.
Result : The expected translations are not displayed in the account dialogue box.
Remark : Translations added following the same steps for other strings are working.
Please find the images added in private area for reference.

Hello,

Provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Hello,
Can you please let me know the need of the FTP access. I can provide you with the wp-admin access, but for the FTP access please let me know whether it is really necessary and the requirement as I am not comfortable to share it with.

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard access at the start. We’ll check if we could do anything via Dashboard. If we need to edit files to fix the issue then we will need FTP access.

Hello,

You use child theme, so child theme theme-mods should be added to string translator and translated https://prnt.sc/1rmovq4 Check now.
