Hi
I did all the steps in the example above, only the translations don’t work. The add to cart buttons, although they appear to be translated into French, add to cart still appears, as well as everything related to chekout, cart, orders details and all the buttons appear in English although the French translations appear to be correct.
I attach some screenshots below to see what it looks like.
I marked in blue what was translated after uploading the files. but only very few words
What would be the solution?

even if I have modified in the file, the text still doesn’t appear on the button or in many areas of the cart and chekout, especially in the chekout form appears Contry, Town….etc but in the file is modified. Sure it doesn’t change elsewhere?
I attach screenshots below.
Hello,
To translate the currently untranslated strings, it seems that the .pot files may need to be regenerated. For this, we kindly request FTP access from you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Dear @Ioana,
The latest WordPress update v.6.7 caused the following problems:
Here is evidence that these issues have been raised not only on our forum but also in other plugin-related topics:
1. Showing all X results on category sites is not translated after update -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/showing-all-x-results-on-category-sites-is-not-translated-after-update/
2. Known issues with WordPress 6.7 -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/known-issues-with-wordpress-6-7/
3. Translations are no longer loading from the theme folder -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/translations-are-no-longer-loading-from-the-theme-folder/#post-18132409
We have tried to find a solution, but since this issue originates from WordPress itself, we are unable to resolve it directly. As a result, the temporary solutions we can offer at this time are:
1. Rollback your site to the previous WordPress version, where all translations were working correctly. Additionally, disable auto-updates on the server to prevent the site from automatically updating back to the problematic version.
2. Wait for WordPress to release an update that addresses and resolves this bug. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how long this will take.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will notify you immediately when a solution becomes available. Once resolved, we will release an update with the necessary fixes.
Thanks for understanding !
Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Hi
if I roleback to a version 6.6 is it ok or what version of wordpress do you recommend to use for this?
Hello @Ioana
It looks like for the moment the only way to go is downgrading WP to 6.6.
