Translation of "Related Product"

Hello,
I’m web developper and use your theme ‘Xstore’ on wordpress.
My customer website is in french so i’ve translated all necessary string in xstore and xstore-core files.
Only 1 string can’t be translated it’s the “Related Product” on single product page…
i really don’t understand why… (tried with loco and poedit manually)
I saw on this forum similar bug 2-3 years ago, and solution is to update theme files…but i have just buy this theme so of course it’s last update !
What is this bug ? how to fix it ?

Hello,

You don’t need FTP access.
You can access all server files in wordpress dashboard with the ‘WP Fle Manager’ plugin…
“Menu / WP File Manager”
It’s very easy, it’s the way i used to upload translation files…etc…
