    hello support,
    i would like to use the screet live chat in german language. do you have any instructions on how to change the language? i have noticed that there are several language files included, but have no clue how to apply the german version.

    would really appreciate it!

    Hello,

    Please, wait our theme update (it should be available soon) where we’ll solve the problem with live chat license. Then you will be able to change strings of chat box into german under messages tab in Chat Console > Options. We are sorry for inconvenience and thanks for you understanding.

    Dear Support,

    I have updated to the latest version of your theme, but I’m still unable to select German as output language on the live chat console.

    There still seems to be a problem with the license key of the plugin because there is no license key validated.
