    Hi, I’m using Loco to translate my site. I have exactly the same translation for xstore-pl_PL.po and xstore-child-pl_PL.po but translation does not work when using child theme and works perfectly fine with main theme activated.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    You need to translate the parent theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/ (even when the child theme is activated) The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in child theme that includes localization functions.
    What exactly strings can’t be translated? Please provide a screenshot and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
    You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to take screenshots and share them.

    All done. I thought that after activating child theme, I should create child theme translation also in Loco. My bad. Thanks for help!

    And also I can’t click confirmation button in tooltip to confirm that my problem is solved (right here, below), so please close 🙂
