Translation problems - by ziga32 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

I have few issues with this theme.

1.
I’m using wpml string translations and few things are not translating or are not even found in sting tranlastions.

I tried scanning xstore core for strings but it just says “Scanning results” and is stuck like this for 2 hours.

If I refresh I get 896 hits. is that it or is there more?

What is not translating:

On product page:
BUY NOW button in Sticky Add To Cart Bar
also if I disable buy now button, it still shows in add to cart bar (there should be add to cart button, not buy now)

IN HEADER CART:

I also can’t translate fake sale booster

this also works weird as it only shows me first three letters of the product

Hello,

1) Contact your hosting provider and ask them server error logs. Provide them to us. I see the 500 error in the console while scanning the strings https://prnt.sc/woizxl So, we need to understand what error you get that causes the issue. There should be much more strings.

Buy now. It’s because of xstore core plugin scanning issue. We translated the mentioned string using Loco translate https://prnt.sc/wojdm3 till you fix the issue with the WPML.
Shopping cart – the same.

2) Translate the mentioned strings using Loco translate till you fix the issue with WPML strings scanning https://prnt.sc/wojx0q

3) Added custom code to show the full title, check now.

4) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

5) Fixed.

1.
I run the wpml string scan an error log showed this

I ran the scan again with query-monitor plugin disabled and the scan finished ok! thank you for the guidance.
