Translation with Loco - by guilherme - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I use Loco translate in my site, but I update in admin link of my site and lost all tranlations. To keep tranaltions when update I neeed to set with this images?

Hello,

If you use the auto update option and don’t want to lose translation after the update you should save translation files into wp-content/languages/themes folder. Or update theme manually via FTP. Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

I update and lost all my translation. How can I do tranlations withour loss?
