Transparent and overlapping header for both mobile and desktop

hi, lm trying to set my slide image to overlap the menu for both mobile and desktop . I have read solutions here and turned on the option to allow overlapping in themes options and set the WAGS background to transparent but still it’s not working

Hello @Patronela,

Do you want it on 1 particular page? Go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > add a custom header and set it for the page. Then enable the overlap and transparent background.
Provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
