    The homepage is correct and shows the transparent menu.

    The shop page and category product page have the main menu missing and a white row above the top row.

    Hooreins world page shows the transparency but the page itself must not be showing behind the main header, this must automatically start from below the main header because the transparency effect is only for the homepage. This setting is required throughout the website.

    Tale of Silk page – this is also behind the main header and required to be below the header menu as a default setting.

    My account page, contact us page, FAQ page, privacy policy page, terms of service page, returns and refunds page, and cookies policy page – are all raised and behind the main header.

    The cart page also is above the main header when the cart is empty.

    The checkout page layout seems to be untouched.

    Dear Ajaz,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly remind you of the necessity to create distinct headers for the homepage and other pages on your website. For detailed instructions on how to enable header overlap, please refer to the following documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-enable-header-overlap/.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    I have already applied those settings that you have provided through the link.

    As I mentioned at the start, the issue is “When I click on the “multiple headers” link in the “header Overlap & transparent” option, this does nothing.” When I right-click and open, this reloads the theme options page, again.

    I do not have access to the “multiple headers” link in the “header Overlap & transparent” option, how can I access this?

    Do all of the pages require a spacer to move them below the main header or is there a code that can allow the site to place these below the main header? excluding the home page.

    When the transparent header issue is resolved, only then I can add the spacer due to some pages having a white row above the top row, please advise?

    I have added spacers to all pages and a block to the shop page. This has placed the page data/images below the main header, confirm if this is the correct approach?

    I have not been able to add a block to the single product page and category pages because there is no option to add a block, advise on how to resolve this?

    Regarding the header overlap and transparency, I have access to this but I am unable to create a header that will show a white background and a 1px solid border on the bottom.

    This is required for my complete site excluding the home page so the homepage only shows transparency, as it currently does.

    Please advise on how to create the header via the multi-header and what conditions to apply?

    Hi @Ajaz,

    We’ve updated the Default Header and named it as Home Header and also set the condition for Home Header to make this header display only on home page:

    https://prnt.sc/bL9RPsy-LMtI

    Now you can edit both headers:
    – Default Header is used for all pages except home page
    – Home Header is user for home page only.

    Hi @Ajaz,

    We just want to notice to you on your website there are 2 headers for now: https://prnt.sc/Cxi-1pYDvxvH

    – Default Header it will display for all the pages
    – Home Header it will display on home page only.

    So you just need to make the home header transparent(we did it for you) and the default header will have the background color. After that you don’t have to add the spacers to the content.

    We could see that all the pages look good now. You don’t have to update the background color of the headers anymore.

    The transparent header is working, thanks.

    The issue remains with the categories page – product images and the single product page image.

    Categories page: abayas and dress, the image is placed at the top of the page, this must be below the main header, I cannot allocate the section to enter the block code for this page.

    The same applies to the single product page.

    Please advise?

    Hi @Ajaz,

    – Please edit the default header(which is displaying for all the pages), under Main Header > add the bottom margin:
    + https://prnt.sc/WAbC_DBaqMQX
    + https://prnt.sc/a3MtF__TZZbN
    – After that turn off the Header Overflap & Transparent:
    + https://prnt.sc/gNL11U36LMKD

    Hope it helps!

    Hi Luca, this works but unfortunately, this is incorrect because the complete website now has moved down except for the 2 pages that had the issue.

    I probably did not mention this, sorry, I did try this and this was the issue.

    What I need is to add the margin to the 2 pages only because the margin added affects the complete site. I have removed the settings you advised so the complete site is set correctly.

    Please advise on how to resolve this for the 2 pages only.

    Thanks.

    Hi @Ajaz,

    if you don’t to use the header settings, please add the following CSS:

    .single-product .content-page,
    .tax-product_cat .content-page{
        padding-top: 150px;
    }

    Hope it helps!
