    Hi¡
    I´d like to set my homepage with a transparent menu overlapping a hero image. How can I configure it in both desktop and mobile view?

    Like the red demo example in your web site https://www.8theme.com/shop/wordpress/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/

    You need to enable Header overlap option in [8theme] Layout options for your page.
