Good evening,
I purchased your theme as a quick fix demo for my website. I wanted to show my clients what is possible. The installed demo is a total disaster. It has been installed exactly according to normal protocol and the theme is incredibly slow.
I wanted to showcase your demo to my clients and then buy more of your licenses once they ordered from me but what I got was tremendously negative feedback on how slow the demo was (and is). I have tried it on a local server and it is the same!
Can you explain please? When I entered the website into google pagespeed it gave it a rating 4/100.
Please check this theme on a mobile device. The basket and other menu on the left is incredibly slow to load. I viewed some of your other ‘showcase’ site and they are the same!
This has been so damaging to my business and I require this resolved immediately or I will be seeking a full refund.

P.S I did think about looking through the CSS etc etc but why should I? I never bought a theme to sit there for hours to fix it. Paid extra for the 12 months support. If you would rather just refund please do so.. Id rather get a refund and buy something else.

Actually no matter what email you will use there, even some randomly generated because we need it just for test. Anyway, you can use this one plugins.8theme@gmail.com But, please, don’t use it for any newsletters or reports of your site in future!

I have done some work with the theme and it seems better now. The recent update has improved the menu and cart responsiveness greatly. Thank you.
