Trouble with headers not showing. Blank header builders

I have had the theme for a while. I decided to put some new demo content in to get a different look. But now I cannot see the header.

I tried making a new one in header builder, but it keeps giving me blanks. The footer builder is fine, but for some reason the header is not. I click on the preset header and insert it, but it disappears.

I then try it in the customize section, but nothing there either.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Thanks. I hadn’t selected the flexibox to be active in the Elementor settings.
