Troubles with Visual Composer - by thorsky

My Visual composer does not let me drag and drop things.

I can touch and start to drag but then it does not drag and the column starts to expand downward with diagonal line in the column area.

I do not have any additional plugins and I am on the latest version of wordpress?

I noticed Visual composer needed to be updated.

I tried to add Envato api key, username and royal purchase code but it said. “Something went wrong please try again later”

Can you help fix this?

Ok thanks.

DO i just simply upload via ftp and overwrite old files to update the Visual Composer plugin?
