Trying to edit my home page but will not let me edit with elementor?

Hi there i cannot edit my home page, edit with elementor not loading?

This seems to be the Elementor issue, Elementor has a complete and detailed doc with multiple possible solutions on this issue, which might be the plugin conflict with any other plugin, or the server memory issue, etc, Please read all the possible solutions written here in the official documentation of the Elementor plugin: https://elementor.com/help/cant-edit-with-elementor/#:~:text=If%20you%20get%20a%20blank,if%20it%20solves%20the%20issue. and follow them one by one, Hopefully, it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

The issue is not Elementor

its an issue between is the issue with woocommerce and xstore theme. I have been advised to change the theme and disable woocommerce plugin but I cnanot do this as these are te core functions to my business? How can i resolve this whilst i can keep the theme?

Hello, @bagshaw50,

Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? And let me know the result.

I have just seen that this is an issue with other people also and the recent update to elementor, I assume i have the same issue. So i will wait for an update

Was the problem solved by yourself?
Please provide access, right now we do not have access to any of the customers who mentioned the problem with Elementor Pro and our Core, so we can’t give you a solution, without deep checking it on your site.
If you do not know how to create FTP, contact your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hi no i deactivated elementor pro as i had seen you had advsied someone else and then i was able to edit my home page

however, i have reactivated it and its not working still. was the new update to fix this, i will clear cache and try again

Hello, @bagshaw50,

Some of our customers faced this issue, and they solved it by removing the cache and cookies.

Please try following the steps in our guide regarding this matter:
https://docs.elementor.com/article/235-update-issues

I hope this information helped you solve your issue.

Please first flush all the cache from the server and then remove the site cache and finally remove the browser cache and cookies and check back.
