We’re moving our site test.brianrentas.com/enlightenedtest to blog.eatenlightened.com. Our main site, eatenlightened.com is hosted on Shopify, so we purchased additional hosting via Namecheap.
We’ve been trying to port our website, first via FTP, then via Duplicator, and All-In-One WP Integration, but the furthest we have gotten is http://blogenlightened.website/blog, which only downloads the WordPress PHP files.
I’m wondering if this is because our theme permission is associated with the test.brianrentas url, and not the second url?
Hello,
If you face problems with moving your site, it would be better contact your server provider, because the theme can’t be reason of the problem, or you may contact WPKraken team to get help with this.
Also, note that after moving you need to deactivate theme on old site in Theme Options and activate using your purchase code on new site.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Regards
