Turning off dropdowns in individual section of Departments Menu

How can I turn off dropdowns in all department menu section.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Appearance > Menus > edit menu and unselect static block in settings of menu item – https://prnt.sc/7oM_CK_6FGIs > https://prnt.sc/_xP_ibZ5viKf

I don’t know why but after turning off all the static blocks in respective section, I can still see those dropdown menus. Please tell me if something could be done in this!
