    Hi,
At this moment I`m testing my site staging version
Original my site use Razzi theme but I`m planning to change it to xstore theme.
After xstore theme activation I noticed now I have two brands “folders” (Product Brands and Brands) on Products section!
I guess Razzi theme uses Product Brands, but your theme uses Brands “folder”.
Is it possible to change the xstore theme uses the same Brands “folder” ?

After I disable Brands from Shop Elements, this Brands “folder” disappears.

Is it possible solve this problem with my already entered Brands?
Or I need enter Brands again for each Product?

After I Enable Brands and go to Products (New or Edit) on the right sidebar I have these two Brands options (Product Brands and Brands)

    Hello,

You need to know how you added the previous brands. Do you use any additional Brand plugin or something? If you use a separate brand plugin then you can just disable our brand option and continue using your plugin.

    Regards

No I haven’t installed any additional plugin for Brands. Just use Product Brands option on the right size (like product categories, product tags, product images etc) when add new product.
After I enable Brands on Shop Elements then I have two Brands option (old one “Product Brands” and new one “Brands”)

The main problem is filters widgets for shop pages. Your 8theme – Filter Products by Brands or 8theme – Brand list can`t use my old entered brands, I guess it use this new Brands section which is empty.

So it is not possible to copy the already entered Brands to this new Brands section?

Or I can just use some additional filters plugin and create filters for my shop pages…

    Hello,

WooCommerce plugin does not have Brands option by default. So, it was added to your site in some way. How? Provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll check that.

Our brands widgets won’t work for your brand functionality because it was created for our Brands. I can’t tell you if it’s possible to import brands from your area to our brands because we need to know how that was created but probably it’s not possible.
There are a lot of filter plugins. Look for those plugins that have option to filter by custom taxonomy.

    Regards
