Good morning,
1/ Randomly, there are white rectangles displayed on my sites as well on your site and on your model library. (See the 3 captures):

I tested on 2 other computer devices and the problem is the same.
2 / on some of your carousel widget example: Icon box carousel, carousel media, etc.
It is not possible to see the changes in production mode.

I found the same widget problems at elementor, I contacted them, I’m waiting for their answer

Hello,
Try to update your browser, disable additional extensions and clear cache.

Hello, after the browser update, it’s settled thank you
Regarding xstore widgets example carousel: Carousel icon box, carousel media, etc.
It is not possible to see the changes on the production page. They are only visible online

Hello,
You’re welcome!
There is no problem on our test site. Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
Or just re-order elements to be able to see content – https://gyazo.com/94a46d48564aca089393d397f2081ee8

Hello, after deactivating the plugins, it turns out that it is the elementor pro plugin that prevents changes.
The problem is the xstore carousel and elementor pro.
When I deactivate elementor pro, the xstore carousel is good.
When I change theme, the carousels of elementor pro are good
I wrote to the elementor, but I’m afraid they’ll ask me to come and see you.
Xstore has very good plugins and I think to remove elementor pro afterwards. In addition, I advise my clients to take your theme without elementor pro.
With elementor pro enabled:

Without Pro Elementor enabled:

Hello,
Could you, please, provide us with a link to the page where you use that element to take a closer look?

Hello OLga and thank you for your return.
You can check on a site test page. The problem occurs in production.
This concerns carousels: Carousel icon box, carrousel media…
I have no link other than my screenshots.
-When elementor pro is enabled there is bug carousel xstore and elementor
-When I deactivate elementor pro, xstore carousels are good.
-when the xstore theme is turned off, the elementor pro carousels are good

Hello,
Please, add elements to your test page and provide us with a link to that test page. Could you?

Hello, it’s settled, thank you.
There are xstore widgets where I can’t find to change the size of the images and the images are blurry. Before we could crop the images directly
How do I do that because I can’t resize the images directly as usual. Maybe that’s an option you deleted.?
Thank you
Hello,
Use the image size option https://prnt.sc/9tVe5DhUdBPm
If you don’t add size there (full, medium or 760×500 etc) then medium image size is used and covers the banner area. That’s why if it will be a full-width banner you need to use the image with the width that fits the banner block width.

Thank you Olga,
I have two questions?
1/ Will Elementor pro remain compatible with your theme or do you advise not to take it afterwards, because you have developed very good widgets.
2/ I have to make a showcase site for a client and I love xstore, it is possible to download your demos without integrating woocommerce for use as a showcase site.
Can you also tell me if this is normal? :

Hello,
1) Our theme supports Elementor Pro and we don’t have plans to change that. Yes, we develop a lot of additional Elementor elements to help our clients get better design and cool site layouts but it does not mean that we’ll stop support of the Elementor pro, nope.
2) If you don’t want to use WooCommerce you can just skip its installation. So, if you import any demo that was built using products, product categories these elements just will be disabled on the frontend and you will need to remove them from page content.
3) Yes. We developed a number of new widgets for the product carousel, products list, products grid, posts etc. We split the 1 widget that includes all the layouts but limited options into a few separate widgets with advanced options. So, old widgets will be removed after some time (up to 1 year). That’s why if you use Products or Blog Carousel widgets anywhere on your site we would recommend you replace them by the new widgets.
