    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,

    Dear @CAMALEAO,

We hope this message finds you well.

We wanted to inform you that the Single Product page has been updated. The gallery height and blank spaces have been fixed, and everything should now display correctly.

Additionally, if you need to edit the sidebar content on your blog page, you can do so by modifying the “Main Sidebar” area. Please refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/_B9xxH0RdOYu.

If you would like to build your Blog page using Elementor, you can follow the instructions provided in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/. This will guide you on how to create a template for Post Archives with the appropriate display conditions. For reference, please see this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/d9TbdxFjn_JC.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

Hello. I’m glad you helped me with the product display issue. But I see that only the product Super glue-Thick has been modified. The other two products I have set up as separate pages. They still have problems displaying. Please help me to modify these two products. Or tell me how to modify them.

    Dear @CAMALEAO,

We have made some improvements to other products as well. If needed, you can find the CSS solution under the Product Images widget by navigating to the Advanced tab and locating the Custom CSS section.

Additionally, we have noticed that your single product layouts are identical. Therefore, there is no need to create multiple layouts with custom conditions if the same layout applies to all products across your website.

For further guidance, we recommend reviewing our documentation on using the Single Product Builder:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,

I’d like to use one template as well, but I realized I can’t set up individual settings for the image introductions underneath, so I got three templates. Is there any way to use one template but have different images below each template?

    Hello @CAMALEAO,

In this case, having different templates is indeed useful, as the content in each one is not the same. We apologize for not reviewing the content below the Product Gallery earlier, which led us to assume they were similar.

If your main request has been resolved, please feel free to mark this topic as solved.

    Best regards,
