I would like to ask two questions, I have translated the X store template details with loco translate, after a update these translations are gone.
How can i ensure that translations aren’t lost after a update.
And the second question is how can i add my products to google shopping. Could you please assist me for doing that?

Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder, then you will not lose translation after updates.
