Okay so firstly, on our homepage we have a etheme portfolio which is set to random and isn’t loading randomly at all. Can you assist with this?

And secondly when we try to install the recommended plugin Screets Chat we get an error message saying: “Downloading install package from http://79.170.40.247/247londonescorts.co.uk/new/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/plugins/screets-chat.zip…
Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer”

Can you also help with this?

Also, the screets chat plugin: Is it free or do we have to pay anything extra for it? Like a yearly charge or just a one off cost?

Hello,

Sorry, but I’m unable to log in to wp-admin panel with the credentials you provided. Please recheck them.
I’ve installed the plugin “screets-chat” via FTP and now you can activate it in admin panel > Plugins.
“Screets Chat” plugin is implemented into the theme. You don’t have to pay for it separately.

As we can see you have old theme version. Please upgrade your theme to the latest version. Before upgrading please read the following section in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/upgrade.

If the problem still persist after theme upgrading let us know.

Regarding our original problem, the etheme protfolio on the Homepage is still not showing as random even though it is set to random.

Hello,

Problem was caused by Post Order Types plugin. If you want to use Posts Slider feature, you should deactivate third-party plugin and follow the next steps:
– Go to Pages > home page > edit
– Edit Posts Slider element and select in the order by > random > save
– Update your page
