Ultimate Add-Ons for Visual Composer and Master Slider

I am trying to activate these two plugins, with either one I get this error message upon trying to activate the plugins separately :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /home/aeryscontrols/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/params/load.php on line 17

I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE UPDATED VERSION OF THE PLUGINS FROM THIS SITE.

I have used the wordpress plugin installer and also uploaded via FTP. Same result either way.
These are the last two plugins that I need to install and I can’t seem to get them working.

PLEASE HELP, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
