1/ To assist you more effectively with the issue you are encountering, could you kindly provide us with screenshots illustrating the problem, as well as the URL of the page where the issue is occurring?

Additionally, please provide your site’s wp-admin access credentials in the private content area. This will enable us to thoroughly review your settings and offer you the most appropriate solution.

2/ Please contact your hosting provider and ask to downgrade the PHP version to 8.0 or 8.1

3/ Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please set Php version 8.0 or 8.1 and the increase max execution time & max input vars minimum 3000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.
