Unable to Activate Footer on Any Page - by garcianaun

Hello when I try to activate the footer on any of the pages the website either gives me an internal server error, or fails to load the footer and other elements. Also the theme has not been updated since August when is there going to be a new update?

Hello,

Internal Server Error is related to server configuration.
We recommend you to contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check error log if there are any notices regarding that error. Perhaps some PHP values need to be increased.

I don’t get the error any more now it just doesn’t even show up. Can you please take a look at it. Any answer to my second question?

Thank you for the response, I feel like we are going around in circles here though. Is someone going to take a look at my footer issue. I extended my support in hopes of getting actual support. When I activate the footer on pages its not loading?

Hello,

The problem is you added “Footer 2” sidebar to your widgetised sidebar elements in static block “Footer2” http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/17/0206/h_1486399684_7407682_ef83182d34.jpeg .
This is wrong. You need create custom sidebars in Appearance > Widgets and add any widgets there, and after that select your custom sidebar in Widgetised Sidebar element.
