Unable to activate license xstore theme wp

Hi, we’ve deactivated xstore and when trying to activate it back up, have received the following error:

You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here

Hello,

Please check the Private content. You activated XStore on a few sites, some use it still, like https://su*****world.co/ All these sites are 1 end project?
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.

it’s deactivated on https://surplusworld.co/ when having issues with the theme, we tried on a different domain and wanted to see if it was the VPS, or the shared hosting or the theme itself.

Hello,

Remove theme and bundled plugins from https://surplusworld.co/ because as I can see it’s still active theme there. Reply back after that and we’ll be able to unblock the license.
