Unable to activate the theme - by Kay - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I am trying to activate my theme for the 1st time but the submit button doesn’t work on the theme activation page. I have added my purchase key and agreed to the terms and conditions however the “register theme” button remains inactive and cannot be submitted.

If I inspect the button there are no errors so somewhere there seems to be some validation that isn’t working properly

Hello,

Can’t log in to your site because of protection http://prntscr.com/tycorb
So, go to Dashboard > Updates > click “Check again” button to get new versions of theme and plugin. Update theme to version 6.3.9.1 and XStore core plugin to version 2.3.9.1.
Clear cache.

We have done as you have asked and we have updated the core but there is no new theme update. Is there not a place where we can download it from?

I have updated it now to the latest versions but now I have a critical error on the website and cannot get into wp-admin whatsoever. This is getting ridiculous now

We have fixed the wordpress critical error and re-installed your theme. however the plugins folder is missing in the latest version.

If you need to access the site your IP has been whitelisted now

Also it just hangs while importing demo content. This is incredibly frustrating and I am close to asking for a refund instead

Now that we’ve managed to install the theme we receive the following error when we try to update the main theme file

An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Now we get the following error when trying to activate the core plugin

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare etheme_http() (previously declared in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/helpers.php:222) in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/traits/base.php on line 37

Try now. Sorry for the inconvenience. WP released the new update and it caused a number of problems for the themes and plugins.
