Unable to activate the theme & some plugins are conflicting

    Hi Team

    I want to activate the theme on my website but when i am adding purchase code it’s coming as not valid. secondly few of the pre packed plugins are conflicting. I deactivated those kindly check that as well.

    1/ We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the activation of your theme. Upon reviewing your site, we can confirm that XStore is currently activated.

    Could you kindly specify which demo version you would like to import?

    Please note that it is not necessary to activate all plugins. We recommend reviewing the purpose of each plugin and only activating those that are essential for your needs. To assist with a smoother demo content import, we have temporarily disabled some plugins that are typically not required.

    2/ You are using the PHP 8.3.12 version, but not all plugins are compatible with it. Please downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 or 8.2.
