Hi, we finally gave up on utilizing online EasyWp as the development area before moving this to the domain it’s intended for (northbaygaragesale.com or northbaygarage.sale) as the production server. but before, we decided to continue to work on it locally but we can’t activate the local wordpress that has the xstore loaded. we also no longer have access to the dev/test sites. https://764aviation-462501.ingress-daribow.easywp.com/ and https://xd-462501.ingress-earth.easywp.com/
putting the local host as the website url as i am sure thats where your system has the license ping from..
thx!

Hello,
We checked your purchase code and see that it’s activated on the following domains (Private content area). Do you need to activate theme also on the localhost? Why do you need 2 dev sites https://764aviation-462501.ingress-daribow.easywp.com/ and https://xd-462501.ingress-earth.easywp.com/ ?
What do you mean that you don’t have access to them? Can’t you log in and remove our theme from these sites? If you remove theme from these sites then we’ll be able to unblock activation on the localhost.
Regards
Hi, the original one we’ve activated on (https://764aviation-462501.ingress-daribow.easywp.com/) was having hosting company related DNS issues which then we tried a workaround by starting a secondary sandbox hoping it would fix the issue (https://xd-462501.ingress-earth.easywp.com/) and also hoped that it would assign a different string of a subdomain but it didnt so we deleted both of the sandbox and associated user access from our account with namecheap who offers the “easywp” service. so we have no way of logging back into the WP or admin dashboard to do anything.
Hey Folks, thank you!! we were able to activate the local one.. we also have an open ticket with the namecheap regarding the access so if for some reason we are able to gain access to the above mentioned URLs, we’ll go ahead and delete them. thanks again!
Hello,
Yes, contact hosting company and just ask to remove the mentioned sites if you don’t need them.
Regards
