UNABLE TO ACTIVATE THEME AND INPORT THEME TEMPLATES

    Hi please assist.
    Am unable to activate your theme and import the theme templates.

    Am getting this errors as seen on the attachment files

    We are unable to connect to the XStore API with the XStore theme. Please check your SSL certificate or white lists.
    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5002 milliseconds

    —–
    We are unable to connect to the 8Theme API to retrieve the list of versions.

    System requirements
    Max execution time: Requirement – 120 — System – 60
    API server connection: Requirement – success — System – error
    Max input vars: Requirement – 2000 — System – 1000(min)

    Hi Mitchell, my host was unable resolve the issue arising from the theme installation. They said the problem was with your theme.
    And that it is you who can resolve theme issues.

    My host can’t help me. They can’t resolve ACTIVATION issues.
    Its only you who can.

    I bought a theme and its sad am unable to ACTIVATE it.

    Let me know the way forward as i need the issue to be resolved urgently.

    The main issue preventing the theme from being activated is the following error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5002 milliseconds.

    Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved from the theme’s side. We kindly ask you to review the following articles for further assistance.

    Hi Mitchell,
    The Host is asking for the IP of the API XStore theme to check if there is a potential firewall on the server.

    Below is the Host earlier Feed back, and also attached.

    The server Curl version is up to date and the SSL is active on the site.
    Is there a specific IP or port that the themes uses in order to make the API connections?
