Unable to add attributes to variable product

    Hi, I’m unable to add attributes to a variable product (https://drinkwell.wine/product/gift-card/). When an attribute is selected in the backend, the Product Data section will freeze/constantly load. Can you please help?

    Hello,

    Please update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/
    Also, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too.

    Hi Rose, I’ve updated both plugins and tested the issue with the official WC theme. The problem still occurs and I’m unable to add attributes (it just freezes/continues to load indefinitely).

    Hello,

    Please, make sure that you use the latest version of Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer – 3.16.10.
    Also, disable the WooComposer module(deprecated) from Ultimate setting.
