Unable to change the theme image, and unable to add new elements (images)

    Hello, how can I change the original pictures in the theme in attachment 1 and attachment 2? In attachment 3, I added a slider, but I can’t add new elements (pictures)

    Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

    Regarding your inquiry, we have disabled caching through Theme Options > Speed Optimization, as it was preventing changes from being visible.

    Hello! I still can’t solve my problem according to your method;
    I want to use the sliding module in the theme (Attachment 3), and I need to replace the sliding pictures with my pictures; but it cannot be achieved through backend editing (refer to Attachment 1, Attachment 2);

    2. To modify the footer text information (Attachment 2), please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > https://prnt.sc/aMEnlVIQkZMF . There, you will find the footer content area where you can edit or replace the text as needed. If your theme uses static blocks for the footer, you can find and edit them under Dashboard > XStore > Static Blocks – https://prnt.sc/L2eLSHheQOo8 > https://prnt.sc/kPK-6taPGAiO

    Hello! I had a problem when editing the page; as shown in Attachment 1, I replaced the original image in the theme with my own image, and did not change any other parameters, but after saving, the entire container will be overwritten, and the title and text content will be overwritten (Attachment 2); my image is 300*300 pixels, png format.
